Tesla no longer requires a login or a subscription to access Service Information or Collision Repair Information. If access to Toolbox 3 Diagnostic Software or Standalone HV Battery Shipping Evaluation Tool is needed, a login and a Diagnostic Software subscription is required.
To find the Tesla repair information:
- Go to www.service.tesla.com
- optional: Sign in
- Click on Sign In (top right side of webpage)
- Enter email address
- Click Next
- Enter password
- Click Sign In
- Click Service Information (top of webpage)
- Select model from dropdown
- Select manual
- option 1: Service Information
- Select Service Manual and year range (left side of webpage)
- 10 Body for bolted panel and bonded glass removal procedures
- 11 Closure Components for door handles, mechanisms, and door glass
- option 2: Collision Repair Information
- Select Collision Repair Procedures by year range for structural repair procedures
