I-CAR Repairers Realm: Air Conditioning Repair Considerations

I-CAR had a discussion on air conditioning repair considerations.

In this August’s episode of Repairers Realm, I-CAR staff and subject matter experts discussed air conditioning system repair. We explored different refrigerants, the recovery process, the importance of using the correct oils, and special considerations for R-1234yf refrigerant. Additionally, we discussed various leak detection methods and OEM approved A/C line splicing repair procedures.
