Even if the repair information you are looking for is available, the information may be out of date. Sending a library request guarantees that the information you are viewing is the most up-to-date available from the vehicle maker.
To do a Collision ALLDATA Library request:
- Go to my.alldata.com
- Enter username and password
- Click Login
- Click Collision
- Enter vehicle information
- Click Library (top left)
- A new window opens
- Complete all fields with requested information
- Click Next (bottom right)
- Select your response type (email or phone)
- Click Submit
