To find the Mercedes-Benz repair information:
- Go to www.startekinfo.com
- Click Login (upper right corner)
- Enter username and password
- Click Log on
- Click Xentry WIS (right side of webpage)
- A new popup window will open
- Enter vehicle
- option 1: Enter VIN (best search option)
- option 2: Select Chassis Mode (use dropdown)
- Click OK
- Click Standard
- Click the "+" button under Groups area to filter by groups to search (60-65 are body related)
- Click the "+" button under Information Types to filter the information received
- Select All Information Types
- Click Search (button turns dark blue when selections are made)
- Click the Eye icon to view document (right side of webpage)
